In the event that no hotel offers for specific individual trade fairs are available via TRADEFAIRS or the available hotel portfolio does not fulfil the customer's requirements, customised event-related hotel purchasing is possible. According to your stipulations regarding category, location, price and number of rooms, the team of TRADEFAIRS performs an accelerated search for available accommodation at the trade fair destination. With the goal of presenting you with a relevant offer and realising a contract conclusion as quickly as possible.
Hotel management also includes contract management. In this context, TRADEFAIRS realises the implementation of deposit payments that are due to the service suppliers as well as monitoring of cancellation conditions arising from the hotel contract, including possible allotment returns. In addition, it also includes direct and systematic communications with the participating hotels, including transmission of all necessary reservation dates, booking lists etc.
During an ongoing project we can also handle all requisite additional purchases, if additional room capacities are needed.
In the event that customers already have contracts for their own trade fair allotments, it is possible for the contract to be taken over by TRADEFAIRS. This would make sense for example in connection with online allotment management via TRADEFAIRS. But it is also possible to take advantage of this option in connection with booking service in combination with collection service through TRADEFAIRS, for example.
