IFA sets new records once again
The world's largest and most important trade fair for consumer electronics and household appliances ended on 7 September 2011 in Berlin, with orders placed for more than 3.7 billion euros. 239,518 visitors attended the show. 1,441 exhibitors exhibited their latest products in a display area covering 140,200 square metres.
A showcase for innovation and advanced technologies – coupled with a spectacular entertainment program. A large number of new technologies and products are introduced at the IFA for the first time. Moreover, the IFA is an exciting and entertaining show for everyone combined with a unique variety of innovation. Berlin – a city where media policy is made - provides thousands of national and international journalists which ensure a maximum of publicity. At the IFA, top brands of consumer electronics and household appliances are presented together on the Berlin Exhibition Grounds.
